2) Payments & Access

All prices are shown in your selected currency and may be converted from USD. Access is personal and non-transferable. If a purchase includes time-limited access, the access window begins at the time of purchase confirmation unless otherwise stated.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account restrictions during investigation.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location and local law.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute content, or attempt to bypass access controls. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts violating these conditions.

• No uploading malicious code or attempting to compromise platform security.
• No harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content in community areas (if present).
• No sharing your login or enabling others to access paid materials.

4) Content License

Courses and materials are licensed for personal learning only. You may not publicly share, upload, republish, or distribute any videos, PDFs, recipes, patterns, templates, or lesson assets without written permission.

• You may take personal notes and create your own work inspired by the lessons.
• Brand names, logos, and platform UI remain the property of their respective owners.

5) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post a new version and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
